Modern life is stressful. It’s easy to become overwhelmed and unfocused. We’re constantly on the search for new and exciting things to do and eat, and we always want it yesterday. This lifestyle has a number of impacts, and one of the biggest is that we can’t always get everything we need to function the way we’d like.

It’s a modern lifestyle thing. You know, all modern people eat the same food, live the same lifestyle, all the time. Modern people are constantly surrounded by news telling them they need to eat, drink, and exercise this way.
